Mariano E. Herrera Halphen has been a member of Galindo, Arias & López since 2022, focusing his practice in Shipping Litigation.
Prior to joining Galindo, Arias & López he worked at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana and the Maritime Court of Appeals of Panama, gaining extensive experience in domestic and international litigation.
Currently he advices clients in the maritime industry including shipowners, underwriters and P&I Clubs, among others on claims arising from maritime and logistic contracts, salvage disputes, collisions and limitation of liabilities; maritime liens executions and bankruptcies; labor disputes; personal injury and death claims; ship arrest and maritime arbitration before Panamanian, US and international arbitral bodies.
