BIOGRAPHY
Daniel E. Sessa has been with Galindo, Arias & López since 2015, beginning his private practice in 2019. He focuses his practice in the areas of Aeronautics and Commercial Law.
In the Aeronautics practice group, he has specialized in structuring the financing and acquisition of aircraft as well as the commercial and regulatory aspects of airlines and established aircraft maintenance shops or those looking to establish themselves in the Republic of Panama.
In the Commercial practice group, he is a member of the multidisciplined team that advises both national and multinational businesses in the many aspects to be considered in the management of their operations, including negotiations and out-of-court collections. In addition, he has managed due diligence processes, specifically for mergers and acquisitions within the telecommunications, energy, mass consumption and franchises.
