Cristina Lewis has been a member of the GALA team since 1997, focusing her practice in the areas of Corporate and Administrative law, particularly in the aviation, energy and capital markets industries. She is regularly involved in complex mergers and acquisitions, project financing, regulatory compliance and issuance of commercial securities.
In recent years, she has excelled in the area of aviation law, advising airlines, financial institutions, repair stations and ground handling companies in connection with the purchase, leasing and financing of aircraft and equipment, and the establishment of their operations in Panama, which is why she has been distinguished by Expert Guides and Who’s Who Legal Transport magazines as one of the leading lawyers in the industry.
