Advised Ocean Reef Islands Inc. on the development of the first residential complex created on an artificial island in Panama. Our advice included project financing and negotiation of marine construction contracts. (November 2018).

China State Construction Engineering Corporation Ltd:
Advised China State Construction Engineering Corporation Ltd. on the development and construction of the Ciudad de Esperanza Residential Project (awarded in 2015), promoted by the Ministry of Housing of Panama, which will include 2,250 homes, schools, a campus of the University of Panama, and recreational areas. (November 2017).

Panama Canal Authority and Mayer Brown:
Advised the Panama Canal Authority (ACP) and the international legal team of Mayer Brown in an international arbitration between ACP and Grupo Unidos por el Canal, S.A. related to the contract for the construction of a third set of locks for the Panama Canal. (July 2017).

UEP Penonome I, S.A:
Advised UEP Penonome I, S.A. on the financing of the Wind Farm Project in Panama, including all regulatory aspects, due diligence, and project management. (April 2016).

Unión Eólica Panameña, S.A:
Advised Unión Eólica Panameña, S.A. on regulatory law matters, project financing, and the development of their Wind Farm Project for generating 336.8 MW of electric power in Panama. (October 2015).
