Javier Pérez is part of Galindo, Arias & López since 2019 as a member of the Labor and Immigration practice group.

As part of the legal team, he provides advice to companies on labor matters, specifically on issues related to internal labor regulations, work contracts, job terminations, among others.

Additionally, he has experience in processes before the labor jurisdiction. He has participated in conciliations and individual and collective mediations before the Ministry of Work and Labor Development, representing workers and companies.

Similarly, he provides assistance in administrative procedures before the Ministry of Labor and Labor Development and the Social Security Fund, such as registration and company closures, pension applications, among others.
