Mario Galindo, founding partner of Galindo, Arias & López, with more than 50 years of experience, specialized in the branches of civil, tax and commercial law, particularly in the specialties of company law and exchange law.
He drafted the current law on financial leasing. His works on Constitutional Law, Exchange Law and Registry Law have been cited in several Supreme Court rulings.
Dr. Galindo also served as Professor of Commercial Law at the Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua (1967-1978).
