Galindo, Arias & López confirms its leadership in the management of the complex merger and acquisition transactions in the telecommunications industry, advising Millicom LIH, S.A in the purchase of 80% of the shares of Cable Onda, at an enterprise value of $1,460 million.

Millicom is the leading provider of cable TV and mobile telephone services in emerging markets such as Latin America and Africa.
