Galindo, Arias & López advised Millicom, throughits subsidiary Cable Onda, S.A., in the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Telefónica Móviles Panamá, S.A., as well as in the regulatory authorizations filed before the Panamanian Public Services Authority (ASEP), as well as the Panamanian Antitrust Authority (ACODECO).

With this acquisition, Millicom reinforces its position as one of the largest telecommunication providers in Panama and in Latin America.
