Beatriz Galindo began her private practice at GALA SERVICES (BVI) LTD., a subsidiary of the firm GALINDO, ARIAS & LÓPEZ since 1989. She has excelled in Commercial Law, particularly in the area of mergers and acquisitions. She participated in the legal team that managed one of the most important merger processes that have been carried out in the Panamanian industrial sector. Also she advises national and foreign companies on Stock Market Law in the process of issuing and registering their shares and corporate securities. She is currently in charge of the firm’s foreign companies department.
