- Advised Concesionaria Vial del Pacífico S.A.S in relation to the refinancing of the lines of credit granted by the Bank of Bogotá, the Bank of the West, the Bank Popular and Banco AV Villas for the construction and operation of the Highway Pacific in Medellín, Colombia.
- Advised Eco-Business, a fund specialized investment from Luxembourg with a strong ESG focus, in relation to several guaranteed lines of credit granted to favor of financial institutions in order to finance subloans to support the sustainable business activities of its clients, in the agriculture sectors, forestry, fishing and tourism.
