  • Advised on the finance, lease, and registration of multiple Boeing 737 aircraft, including numerous transactions under the Japanese Operating Lease with Call Option (JOLCO) structure, involving complex multi-jurisdictional financing. These include seventeen (17) 737-9 (MAX) and eight (8) 737-8 (MAX).
  • Advised with the purchasing and financing of nine (9) Boeing 737-9 (MAX) aircraft delivered to its subsidiary, Copa Airlines under an Export-Import Bank of the United States of America (“EXIM”) guaranteed financing.
