BIOGRAPHY

Tatiana González has been with Galindo, Arias & López since 2015, entering as an intern (Pasante) working in the Immigration area. Previously, she worked as a Legal Assistant supporting the Tax and Real Estate practice group. Currently, she is a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution group.

Her principal duties in the Real Estate area are title searches for condominium properties and drafting the public registry histories of the same. She also prepares and assembles documents for the incorporation of condominiums according to Horizontal Property (Condominium) Regulations, followed by incorporation applications, collaborating in the drafting of deeds, and preparing petitions for proceedings concerning certifications of assessed values.
