Raúl Alberto Morales has been part of Galindo, Arias & López since 2012, concentrating his practice on Corporate, Commercial and Intellectual Property matters.
Raúl Alberto frequently advises corporate and individual clients in establishing their business activities in Panama, including regulatory matters and contract negotiation, particularly in the retail, logistics, real estate, and entertainment sectors.
His corporate practice includes advising local and international clients on the incorporation of Public Limited Companies, Private Interest Foundations, and Trusts, both for specific operating structures and for estate planning purposes.
Raúl Alberto also has a complete practice in Intellectual Property, which includes the registration and protection of trademarks, industrial designs, patents and utility models for all types of products and services, having extensive experience negotiating franchise and license agreements of use of PI.
