Raúl Alberto joined Galindo, Arias & López in 2012 and has extensive experience in corporate law and private wealth planning, advising domestic and international clients on the design and implementation of legal structures for the organization, management, and transfer of family wealth. His practice encompasses the establishment of corporate entities, private interest foundations, and trusts, as well as the development of family and corporate governance arrangements aimed at preserving wealth and ensuring business continuity across generations.
As part of his practice, Raúl Alberto advises international investors, and families seeking to establish residency, make investments, or conduct business activities in Panama. His work includes coordinating immigration and residency matters, structuring investments, assisting with real estate acquisitions and other assets, and advising on the corporate and commercial aspects of establishing a presence in the country. He also assists multinational companies in coordinating immigration solutions for the relocation of executives and foreign personnel to Panama.

He also has extensive experience negotiating and structuring franchise agreements, intellectual property licensing arrangements, and other commercial agreements supporting business development and expansion.
