Tatiana González has been part of the Galindo, Arias & López team since 2015, starting out as an Intern in the Migration practice. Subsequently, as a Legal Assistant, she supported the Tax and Real Estate legal practices. Currently, she is part of the Litigation and Arbitration team.
Her main functions in the Real Estate area were investigation of land and drafting of their registration histories, preparing and compiling documents for the incorporation of land into the Horizontal Property Regime, following up on incorporation applications, collaborating with the drafting of the deeds, preparing memorials for procedures concerning cadastral value certifications, among others.
She has participated in the approval and incorporation of important and recognized horizontal properties in the country, as well as in transactions, segregations and sale of property and horizontal property.
In the area of Litigation and Arbitration, in various civil litigations, claims for damages, annulment and replacement of securities, testate and intestate successions, executive processes and consumer protection.
