Our associate, Raysa De Gracia, was recently a speaker at the AIJA – International Association of Young Lawyers Joint Corporate/M&A and Litigation Winter Seminar 2026, held in Courmayeur, Italy, from January 14th to 16th.

Raysa was part of the panel titled “Facing Distress: Mitigating Risks in Challenging Times,” where she contributed to an international discussion on risk mitigation, strategic decision-making, and legal approaches to complex and distressed scenarios impacting Corporate/M&A transactions and corporate litigation.

The seminar brought together young lawyers, in-house counsel, and practitioners from different jurisdictions to exchange insights on emerging challenges in corporate law and dispute resolution, fostering cross-border dialogue and professional collaboration within the AIJA community.
