BIOGRAPHY
Carla López has been with Galindo, Arias & López since 1998. Her private has been focused in the areas of Commercial, Banking, Stock Market and Intellectual law. She is an expert in financial law and regulation, that has allowed her to advise both local and multinational businesses, as well as banking and financial institutions in the drafting of contracts for the issuance of securities and due diligence processes.
In the Intellectual Property area, Carla manages an important portfolio of trademarks in everything related to the application, registration and licensing.
