BIOGRAPHY
María Montserrat Dorado Yero has been with Galindo, Arias & López since 2007, concentrating in the Labor & Immigration, and Litigation & Dispute Resolution areas of law.
In the Immigration area, she has experience in all the formalities related to visa approvals, residence and work permits and for foreigners employed by national and transnational businesses. She also has experience in the management of labor regulations and their application, including labor relations such as the employment of nationals and foreigners, verification of work conditions and terminations.
She has participated in various litigation cases, mainly civil, claims for damages and loss recovery as well as procedures of cancellation and replace values, contested and uncontested inheritances.
