Galindo, Arias & López advised the Drake Group on the acquisition of the franchise representation of Papa John´s in the Republic of Panama, including the sale of assets and assumption of debt of Mejores Ingredientes, S.A.

Drake Group is an investment fund authorized to administer and operate the commercial establishments of Papa John’s in Chile, Ecuador, Portugal and Costa Rica.

The transaction was accomplished by Diego Herrera (Partner), Gabriela Vásquez, Andrés Sanjur and Pablo Martinelli (Associates).
